What to do and where to go on the day of departure?

On the day of the tour you have to go to the departure port at your pick-up time.
Our captain will welcome you on board ready to sail.

What happens if I cancel between the 29th and 15th day before departure?

For reservations cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date, 50% deposit will be charged.

What happens if I cancel within 14 days before departure?

For reservations cancelled between 14 days and the departure date, the full amount will be charged including VAT.

In case of no-show what happens?

In case of no-show, the entire amount will be charged including VAT.

What happen in case of bad weather?

In case of very bad weather conditions and in case will not be possible to postpone the tour, full refund will be given.

How do I get to the port?

If you do not know how to get to the port, after booking directly and having paid, you can contact us via email to request a transport service.

How much children pay for tours?

About private tours, age doesn’t count. Pay the price based on the boat you have chosen. Pay attention to the maximum number of pereson that the boat can carry. You can check this data on the “Our Boats” page.

About the sharing tours, children pay a lower price. When booking a tour in sharing select the number of adults and the number of children because it could affect the total price of the reservation. We consider children between the ages of 0 and 10 years.

Which are the payment methods accepted and how can I book a tour on your website (tutorial)?

We accept only secure and refundable payments through PayPal and Stripe. If you want to book through bank transfer, please contact us by email or WhatsApp. If you can’t book a tour and you have some difficulties I suggest you to visit this page (tutorial about the booking procedure) .

I paid the 20% advance rate and confirmed the order. Now what happens?

After confirming the reservation thanks to the advance payment of 20% of the total, you can safely go to the quay from which you chose to leave (on the right you will find the exact point indicated on the map). Is it possible to organize a lunch in a particular location?

Sure, let us know the location with the name of the restaurant after booking through any of the means of contact and we will contact the restaurant / service of your choice for you.

How do I find the position of the dock for my departure on the maps on the side?

On the first map it is identified by the green dot in which the bow of a ship is drawn; in the second map the dot is purple; in the third red.

Can I contact the sailor directly?

Of course, once the payment is completed and the reservation is confirmed we will send you all the details relating to your departure (including the contact details of the sailor and the staff on board).

Why do the prices seem so high?

Do not believe that the prices are high: if someone were to offer you the same boat at a lower price, most likely, it means that the service offered is of lower quality.
