For reservations cancelled between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rest of the total amount of the entire service, including VAT will be charged.
For reservations cancelled between 14 days and the departure date, the full amount will be charged including VAT.
In case of no-show, the entire amount will be charged including VAT.
In case of very bad weather conditions and in case will not be possible to postpone the tour, full refund will be given.
